Terms of Service

These terms govern use of West 5G data services, provided by West Networks.

Service

West 5G provides business data connectivity — nationwide, global, enterprise, and private 5G — over partner carrier networks and West-operated infrastructure. Coverage, speeds, and availability vary by location and carrier conditions and are not guaranteed.

Acceptable use

Service is for lawful business use. Resale without written agreement, network abuse, and uses that degrade the service for others are prohibited. Enterprise data plans are filtered for business traffic as described at purchase.

Billing

Plans bill monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Data allowances, overage, and pooling behavior are stated on your plan. You may cancel any time effective at the end of the billing period unless your agreement states otherwise.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law; our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including losses from coverage gaps or carrier outages.
